At Wood World Trading our thermo-treated products are treated in-house using our state-of-the-art Big on Dry chambers. We thermo treat our wood in a seven day cycle. The cycle commences by eliminating all the oxygen from the chamber while gradually increasing temperatures to eventually reach 210 deg C. The result is wood with a modified molecular structure that significantly boosts the wood’s resistance to the environment. We are able to produce almost any custom profile and dimensions to suit your requirements using our advanced machinery.
